Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 7 days from the date of shipment. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. 

You will need to cover the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges and ensure the return postage is traceable. 

Sale items and exchanges are final. All items marked sale cannot be returned for a refund, online credit or exchanged for a different size, colour, or style. If you have any questions, contact info@laliwear.com.au before placing your order.

Each Lali piece is carefully handmade and inspected for any flaws before packaging. We will only replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal wear and tear. Please follow the care instructions.

Shipping within Australia - FREE

Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location. 

International orders - $35 Flat rate

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 3-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and details via email. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale for international orders. 

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.  Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Changes    

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact Info@laliwear.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Lali accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
